Black Farmers Seek Economic Justice

Thousands of African-American farmers have been fighting for compensation for money they say they lost because they were denied federal government loans, while their neighbors were getting them. It's one of the biggest civil rights cases in American history and it's not over yet.

As part of our series Diet For a Hungry Planet, freelance producer Sarah Richards prepared a documentary on this case. She joined us from her office in Baltimore, Maryland.
